Job Description:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end execution of civil construction projects
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans monitor progress against targets
- Lead site operations, ensuring work is carried out according to design specifications and quality standards
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines
- Prepare and present project reports, including progress, cost tracking, and forecasting
- Oversee contract administration, variation orders, and claims management
- Drive continuous improvement in construction methods and project delivery
Requirements:
- Masters Degree in Civil & Engineering or equivalent
- At least 7 - 8 years of relevant experience in the civil construction industry
- Possess excellent client/facing, good interpersonal skills /people management skills, good communication skills and negotiation skills and possess strong leadership qualities
- Efficient, good analytical skills and able to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office , MS Project, Primavera and AutoCad
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
