Project Management Manager - Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and Oversee End-to-End Project Execution
   Direct the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of multiple projects to ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

2. Develop Project Strategies and Implementation Frameworks
   Establish project governance structures, workflows, KPIs, risk controls, and reporting mechanisms to ensure operational efficiency and accountability.

3. Stakeholder and Client Management
   Act as the primary liaison between senior management, clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams to align project objectives with business goals.

4. Budgeting, Financial Oversight and Cost Control
   Prepare project budgets, monitor expenditures, conduct financial forecasting, and implement cost-optimization measures to ensure profitability.

5. Risk Assessment and Compliance Management
   Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual, and corporate governance requirements.

6. Team Leadership and Performance Management
   Lead, mentor, and evaluate project teams allocate resources effectively and drive high-performance culture to achieve strategic targets.
