Oversee site operations, contractors, subcontractors, and consultants, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and progress reports for management and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, workplace safety regulations, and statutory requirements (e.g. BCA, MOM, NEA, where applicable).
Manage risks, resolve site issues, variations, and disputes, and implement corrective actions to minimise project delays and cost overruns.
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and authorities to ensure smooth approvals, inspections, and successful project handover.
