Job Summary
Lead project teams to deliver marine and port infrastructure projects on time, managing technical, operational, and client coordination aspects to ensure quality, safety, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead project teams to deliver marine and port infrastructure, land reclamation, and urban road construction projects within scheduled timelines.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients and stakeholders, facilitating coordination meetings to report progress and resolve technical issues.
- Plan and program work to meet project milestones and Commercial Operation Dates (COD).
- Manage procurement and planning of main and auxiliary materials to ensure uninterrupted site operations.
- Supervise and coordinate site engineers, delegating tasks and managing on-site coordination effectively.
- Provide technical leadership in foundation treatment, rockfill embankment construction, marine reclamation sand filling, and bridge deck system construction.
- Oversee construction of port roads, storage yards, and related infrastructure, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards.
- Liaise with employers and clients to manage supplied materials and project requirements efficiently.
- Support project teams in developing, monitoring, and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Resolve technical and operational challenges promptly to minimize impact on project timelines.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and contractual obligations throughout project execution.
Required competencies and certifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience.

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies for marine and transportation structures.
- Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, and resource management.
