Key Responsibilities:

. Plan, execute, and manage projects from initiation to completion.

. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

. Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

. Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation effectively.

. Liaise with clients, management, and external partners to ensure alignment with project goals.

. Prepare progress reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders.

. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.

. Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.

. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in project management or a similar role.

. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).

. Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

. PMP or equivalent certification is an added advantage.
