Job Summary
Lead and execute water and wastewater treatment system projects, managing technical, commercial, and contractual activities to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Execute project management for water and wastewater treatment systems, including desalination and industrial plants, ensuring timely and quality delivery
- Coordinate technical, commercial, and contractual activities across all project phases to align with client and company objectives
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules and forecasts to meet deadlines and resource requirements
- Lead engineering work planning, conduct coordination, and review of engineering deliverables for accuracy and compliance
- Prepare and manage project status reports and change orders to maintain project transparency and control
- Monitor project work to ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and accepted engineering practices
- Drive effective communication and coordination among multidisciplinary teams and project stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Oversee subcontractor and supplier activities, ensuring adherence to contract requirements and project timelines
- Ensure accurate representation of project charges for accounting and financial closing processes
- Foster a collaborative team environment, providing leadership and support to assigned personnel
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Degree in Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
- Knowledge of water treatment, wastewater, and environmental engineering principles
- Understanding of semiconductor and pharmaceutical industry requirements
- Familiarity with Contract Laws relevant to project execution
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English
- General computer proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook
- Willingness and ability to travel overseas frequently
- Experience in project management (not specifying minimum years to avoid indirect age bias)
