you will lead design and build projects by integrating sustainability principles and digital tools to enhance efficiency, performance, and environmental outcomes. Ensures data-driven decision-making, stakeholder alignment and continuous improvement while maintaining control over cost, schedule, and quality.

• lead design-and-build projects using digital tools and sustainability practices.
• monitor risks and performance with AI and predictive analytics.

knowledge and skills

• degree in civil & structure or relevant field with 5-8 years of project management experience.
• proficient in project tools like BIM, Primavera P6, and Autodesk Cloud.
• knowledge of green building standards and risk management.
• strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• comfortable with both office work and on-site supervision.
