Job Responsibilities
- Manage project budget, contracts, quality (QM/CONQUAS), EHS compliance, and site operations.
- Develop and monitor master project schedules using Microsoft Project (or equivalent) from commencement to TOP.
- Control progress timelines to ensure milestones and completion targets are met.
- Liaise with authorities for temporary works, construction submissions, RI inspections, and TOP approvals.
- Lead and supervise site staff to ensure smooth project execution.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction, or equivalent recognised by the Singapore PE Board.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Singapore's construction industry.
- Proven experience managing residential, commercial, data centre, or AEI projects, including at least one full project cycle as Project Manager.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project or similar project management tools.
