Good technical knowledge/experience in handling renovation and construction projects from end-to-end.
Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specification for the project.
To meet potential clients/agents/business partners to create new business opportunities.
Attend all site meetings, client's briefing & site measurement.
Preparation of tender documentation, obtain permits and licences from respective authorities.
Able to handle documentation work (e.g., applying the necessary permits before start of renovation work).
Active participation in managing work areas by setting objectives, project plans, methodologies, and timelines to ensure successful project completion.
Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports for periodic updates.
Able to identify areas for improvements to maximize efficiency and improve project costs.
Able to effectively manage and supervise a team of construction workers.
Proper coordination with all sub-contractors and in-house workers
Ensuring all products are delivered to the agreed specifications
Ensure good workmanship of all products
Requirements:
Diploma in Architects/Building
Minimum 5 years experience in related industry
Able to work independently and able to adapt to the changing environment
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Good communication skills and able to work as a team with colleagues, clients, and sub-contractors
