Responsibilities
- Project Planning:
- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Ensure alignment of project goals with organizational objectives.
- Dashboard Management:
- Create and maintain project dashboards for real-time tracking of key performance indicators.
- Provide regular updates on project status and milestones to stakeholders.
- Collaboration with IT Department:
- Coordinate with the IT department to integrate technology solutions that enhance project efficiency.
- Ensure seamless communication and integration of IT systems into project workflows.
- SLA (Service Level Agreement) Compliance:
- Establish and monitor SLAs to ensure project deliverables meet defined standards.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to address any SLA deviations promptly.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement improvements as needed.
- Streamline project workflows to enhance overall efficiency.
- Benchmarking of Projects:
- Conduct benchmarking exercises to compare project performance against industry standards.
- Implement best practices identified through benchmarking processes.
- Analysis and Reporting:
- Perform regular analysis of project data to identify trends and potential areas for improvement.
- Generate comprehensive reports for management review, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Work closely with various departments to ensure seamless project execution.
- Foster collaboration and communication among different teams involved in the project.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the real estate and commercial property industry.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate and commercial property industry is a plus.
