Project Manager, Brand & Product Launches

We're rethinking homes for how people really live, and we're looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Manager to join our Brand & Content team to help shape the future of living - one thoughtful detail at a time.

You will own the end-to-end coordination of Castlery's new product launch campaigns, bringing together teams across Brand, Content, Merchandising, Product, Creative, E-commerce, Retail and regional markets to ensure every launch happens on time and to a high standard.

This is not a passive coordination role. You will be expected to build the launch plan, hold teams accountable to their deliverables, identify gaps early and push decisions forward when timelines are at risk.

What you'll be doing:

• Own the end-to-end project management of new product launch campaigns from briefing through to market launch.
• Translate the seasonal launch calendar into clear plans, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Brand, Content, Merchandising, Product, Creative, E-commerce, Marketing, PR, Retail) to ensure timely execution.
• Track progress, run launch meetings, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure stakeholders are aligned on timelines and priorities.
• Maintain launch documentation and reporting and conduct post-launch reviews to improve future processes.
  
  

What You'll Need To Succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Design or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in project management, campaign management or a similar cross-functional role.
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple launches and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive and accountable working style.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
