Project Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for the effective implementation and successful completion of project from planning to delivery, within scheduled timeframe, quality, cost, and safety requirements in accordance with company and statutory standards.

2. Liaise closely with main contractor, consultants, subcontractors, authorities and other relevant parties to ensure good communication and process.

3. Effectively manage each phase of the project from design to completion while ensuring efficient and productive use of resources and enhance cost effectiveness.

4. Liaise and consult relevant internal stakeholders to ensure regular reporting and effective communication of project information.

5. Ensure proper planning and scheduling of resources, (machinery, labour and materials) to minimize wastage and rework.

6. Oversee proper documentation control and distribution of drawings, specifications and other technical documents.

7. Manage, guide and inspire a project team of different nationalities and background to ensure proper execution of project operation.

Requirements:

. Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (with recognized institutions) & Construction Safety Course.

. Fresh graduate

. Good command in both written & spoken in English & able to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients.

. Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD

. Experience in Bored Pilling will be an added advantage

. Candidate with bored piling experience will be preferred.

. Possess valid Class 3 driving license & own transport is preferred.
