Assist project manager with day to day on-site monitoring, project implementation and scheduling.
Plan, coordinate, implement, and manage projects (in part or wholly) to ensure timely progress and delivery of goods/services, while meeting budget, quality, and cost requirements.
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with approved plans, regulations, and contract specifications.
Be accountable for project safety and quality standards.
Conduct and participate in project progress meetings review schedules and milestones.
Manage the project team's training.
Liaise with consultants, clients, and sub-contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare method statements, proposals, test plans, acceptance plans, and project schedules in collaboration with the Project Manager.
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly progress reports.
Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and schematics is an advantage.
Perform ad hoc duties as assign by superiors.
Working Schedule:
5.25 days work week, alternate Saturday.
8.30am to 6pm.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or Degree in Project Management.
Proficient in written and spoken English.
Possess a valid Class 3 driving license (required for site travel and supervision).
