Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage projects from award through completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

. Take full ownership of assigned projects from project handover, planning, installation, testing and commissioning through to completion and handover.

. Coordinate with customers, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams.

. Plan manpower, materials, equipment and site activities to meet project schedules.

. Prepare and monitor project schedules, work plans and site progress.

. Conduct site meetings and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve project issues.

. Monitor project costs, variations, materials and manpower to protect project margins.

. Review drawings, specifications, quotations and project requirements.

. Ensure installation works are carried out according to approved specifications and company standards.

. Coordinate testing, commissioning, rectification and final handover.

. Prepare project documentation, progress reports, completion documents and handover records.

. Identify project risks, delays and potential cost issues early and escalate where necessary.

. Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project execution.

. Ensure site safety, workmanship and professional conduct are maintained.

. Provide guidance and direction to Project Engineers, installers and subcontractors.

. Handle multiple projects simultaneously and provide regular management updates.

Requirements

. Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Building Services, Project Management or a related field.

. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant project management experience, preferably in system integration, security systems, ELV, ICT, M&E or building technology.

. Experience managing installation projects from start to completion.

. Strong coordination and communication skills.

. Able to read and understand technical drawings, specifications and project requirements.

. Good understanding of project costing, variation orders and project margins.

. Able to manage subcontractors, installers and multiple stakeholders.

. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

. Experience with project management software is an advantage.

. Singapore Class 3 driving licence is an advantage.
