Job Description: Construction Project Manager (Road Works)
- Manage full lifecycle of road construction/maintenance projects.
- Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high safety/quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and deliver road works end-to-end.
- Conduct preliminary surveys and analyze utilities/services.
- Obtain approvals from authorities (e.g., LTA, PUB).
- Communicate with clients coordinate resources and assign tasks.
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure compliance.
- Prepare reports and foster team collaboration.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Preferably with 4+ years experience in civil engineering/construction.
- Experience in project management, preferably road/infrastructure.
- Knowledge of Singapore regulations (MOM, LTA, BCA).
- Proficient in tools like MS Project, AutoCAD, MS Office.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and safety skills.
