Project Manager (Banking)

• Manage end-to-end delivery of banking projects across initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure

• Work closely with business, operations, compliance, and IT teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables

• Drive project governance, status reporting and stakeholder communication

• Ensure adherence to banking regulations, risk controls, and internal governance standards

• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor dependencies

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (if Agile) or manage Waterfall delivery as per project needs

• Track and manage dependencies across multiple teams and systems

• Ensure timely delivery with high quality and minimal risk

• Support UAT planning, release coordination, and post-implementation reviews

Required Skills & Experience

• 9+ years of overall experience in Project Management
• Banking domain experience is mandatory
• Experience or exposure to Trade Finance products and processessuch as Letters of Credit, Guarantees, Collections, Bills, and Supply Chain Finance is highly desirable.
• Experience managing technology and/or business transformation projects
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Hands-on experience with project tracking tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or similar
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
