Work closely with business, operations, compliance, and IT teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
Drive project governance, status reporting and stakeholder communication
Ensure adherence to banking regulations, risk controls, and internal governance standards
Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor dependencies
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (if Agile) or manage Waterfall delivery as per project needs
Track and manage dependencies across multiple teams and systems
Ensure timely delivery with high quality and minimal risk
Support UAT planning, release coordination, and post-implementation reviews
Required Skills & Experience
7-8 years of overall experience in Project Management
Banking domain experience is mandatory
Experience managing technology and/or business transformation projects
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Hands-on experience with project tracking tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or similar
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
