Project Manager- banking

About the Role

We are looking for Project Manager with strong Corporate Banking domain knowledge to lead and deliver technology initiatives within the banking environment. The role will focus primarily on project management, governance, stakeholder engagement, and delivery execution across business and technology teams

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery from initiation through implementation.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Monitor project scope, timeline, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and management updates.
• Coordinate with Business, IT, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Cybersecurity stakeholders external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and steering committee sessions.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Support project governance, audits, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Manage vendors, project financials, and resource utilization.

Qualifications:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Project Management or Program Management.
• Experience in corporate banking or financial services environments, Corporate Banking Domain: CASA, Loans and Lending, Treasury / Market ,Accounting and General Ledger, Payments and Cash Management and Regulatory Reporting MAS & JFSA
• Proven experience delivering technology, digital transformation, and corporate banking-related projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of project governance, budgeting, risk management, and reporting.
• Experience conducting fit-gap assessments against business, regulatory, or compliance requirements.
