Workstream Project Manager, Banking Transformation (Middle Office) BLM

Jobs Responsibilities

• Manage end to end delivery of assigned workstreams, including project planning, milestone tracking, and execution.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, monitor project progress, and coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders.
• Drive change management initiatives by assessing project impacts, managing scope changes, and ensuring governance approvals are completed.
• Track interdependencies across workstreams, identify delivery risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure timely project completion.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, governance materials, and updates for senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Business, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and other key functions to deliver strategic banking transformation projects.

Job Requirements

• Min. 5 years of project management experience within the banking or financial services industry.
• Project management experience in banks, particularly within Middle Office, Change Management, or Workstream Planning projects.
• Experience managing project plans, dependencies, governance, RAID logs, and stakeholder communications.
