Job Title: Project Manager (Banking)
Job Type: contract until 31st December 2026
We're looking for a skilled Project Manager (Banking) for a contract until 31st December 2026, with potential to extend or go permanent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to delivery
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation
- Manage stakeholder communication across all organizational levels
- Facilitate requirements gathering and validate deliverables against business needs
- Collaborate with QA teams for testing and quality assurance
- Run governance routines, senior working groups, and prepare dashboards and reports
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
- Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and manage project financials
- Leverage AI-driven analytics and automation to enhance reporting and forecasting
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and AI integration
- Support change management activities for smooth adoption
- Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and organizational standards
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of project management experience, with a focus on operations and delivering complex projects
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects concurrently, on time and within budget
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Solid knowledge of operational lifecycle and project methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, PMP)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio) and tools like MS Project, JIRA
- Exposure to AI tools (e.g., Copilot) for automation and reporting is a plus
- Experience in Financial Services, Investment Banking, or Global Markets Operations is preferred
- Knowledge of structured business analysis (e.g., Six Sigma) and SharePoint workflows is advantageous
