Job Description:

The Compliance Project Management team is responsible for supporting the effective design, delivery, governance and oversight of Compliance's key programmes and initiatives. The team provides central coordination across multiple workstreams while applying critical thinking, structured problem-solving and solution-design capabilities to translate strategic objectives and regulatory requirements into clear workplans, practical solutions and measurable outcomes

Required Skills:

• Degree in a relevant discipline, with experience in project/programme management, transformation, consulting or change management, preferably in a Bank, with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Relevant project/programme management qualifications would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of banking, Compliance, financial crime, regulatory or risk and control frameworks is required.
• Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional programmes from problem definition and solution design through implementation and closure.
• Strong critical thinking and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to challenge assumptions, identify root causes and translate complex issues into practical and sustainable solutions.
• Strong programme management capabilities across planning, governance, risk and issue management, dependencies and implementation.
• Ability to evaluate options, trade-offs and broader implications, bringing structure and clarity to complex or ambiguous situations.
• Strong stakeholder management across functions
• Proactive, pragmatic and outcome-oriented, with sound judgement and the ability to drive issues through to resolution
