Skills and Requirements

Prior track record operating within financial institutions, such as banking, insurance, or fintech companies.
Demonstrated hands-on project management capability with direct involvement in driving critical deliverables.
High level of personal initiative, adaptability, and comfort working within dynamic operational setups.
Versatile team-player mindset, willing to step up and assist adjacent support functions when demand spikes.
Strong communication, stakeholder coordination, and real-time problem-solving abilities.
