Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven
Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of key projects across functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating internal resources, managing budgets and timelines, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful project outcomes that align with organizational and customers&apos goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, budgets, and risk management strategies.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
- Monitor and report on project progress, adjusting plans as needed to meet objectives.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain clear, consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and mitigate risks or issues that may impact project outcomes.
- Ensure all projects meet quality standards, compliance requirements, and company policies.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate diploma in Business, Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 35 years of project management experience, preferably in the Built Environment domain.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, Trello, Monday.com).
