Job Summary
Lead project planning and execution to deliver quality outcomes on time while managing budgets, safety compliance, and client relations. Drive tender processes, contract management, and company initiatives to secure new jobs and foster team development.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute projects to meet or exceed quality and timeframe performance indicators
- Ensure project compliance with safety policies and redesign workflows to mitigate risks
- Serve as main liaison between project teams, clients, consultants, and authorities
- Assess staffing needs and allocate resources effectively across project phases
- Manage project budgets to achieve and surpass target profit margins
- Implement contract and claim management to increase contractual margins and protect company liability
- Independently formulate awards strategies to support business growth
- Lead tender processes and provide technical inputs to secure new contracts
- Champion company initiatives in technology adoption, innovation, and pre-casting
- Identify and develop potential staff for succession planning
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience working on A&A, NRP, and R&R projects
- Experience liaising with Town Council and other authorities
- Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills in project environments
- Ability to work independently with a hands-on approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
