To plan the works schedule and work out the material and equipment require for purchasing department to place order on time.
To review and monitor the monthly progress claim, interim payment and project cash flow status.
To review the project progress and present to the Management and clients on the opportunities and risks ahead.
To survey and daily check on the quality of electrical installation works are according to specification.
To liaise with consultants, authorities, architects and main contractor to ensure all necessary approvals are obtained on time.
Establish guidelines and monitor the sub contractor's performance and standard meet the guidelines are adhere.
