Lead and manage contractors & suppliers effectively to ensure that the project is completed according to specifications, quality standards, cost and time frame
Strong site management skills, schedule planning and reporting
Monitor project's time, cost, quality, scope, resouces and risk management
Efficiently manage and work closely with clients
Good knowledge and understanidng of Project Management skills and tools
Ability to run projects wihtin budget and schedule
Any ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements
Minimum diploma in Interior Design, Project Management or equivalent
5 years of relevant working experience in interior design / A&A work of hotel
Good knowledge of Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel and Project )
Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills with emphasis on attention to details
Excellent project & people management skills
Excellent presentation, management and leadership skills
