Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage corporate office fit-out projects from project award through completion, handover, and defect liability period.
  • Plan and coordinate project schedules, procurement, subcontractors, suppliers, and site activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, landlords, building management, subcontractors, and internal teams throughout project execution.
  • Oversee and coordinate interior fit-out works, including architectural, M&E, joinery, furniture, partitions, ceilings, flooring, and other related trades.
  • Manage project documentation, progress claims, variation orders (VOs), procurement, cost control, submissions, and project reporting.
  • Conduct project meetings and site inspections, monitor progress and workmanship, and resolve technical, coordination, and site issues.
  • Coordinate testing, inspections, defect rectification, project handover, and close-out.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
  • Guide and coordinate project team members to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Support tender interviews, value engineering, and pre-award planning where required.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Building, Construction Management, Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in corporate office, workplace, commercial interior fit-out, or design-and-build projects.
  • Good understanding of interior fit-out construction, materials, M&E coordination, and project delivery processes.
  • Good knowledge of project planning, procurement, subcontractor management, cost control, progress claims, and variation orders.
  • Able to read and understand construction drawings and coordinate multiple trades on site.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office knowledge of AutoCAD or Microsoft Project is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, coordination, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and travel when required.
