Project Manager Asset Consolidation (12-Month Contract)

Our client is an established media technology. We are looking for a Project Manager on a 12-month contract to lead a major asset and property consolidation programme.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end consolidation of office and warehouse operations, ensuring efficient space utilisation and business continuity.
• Manage warehouse relocation activities, including site selection, commercial negotiations, and transition planning.
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful programme delivery.
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of project or programme management experience delivering real estate, facilities, or supply chain consolidation projects.
• Proven experience managing warehouse or distribution centre relocations, including site selection, leasing, and fit-out activities.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop lease-versus-3PL business cases and negotiate with landlords and logistics providers.
• Demonstrated capability to lead complex asset consolidation and relocation programmes from planning through execution.
• Experience managing the movement and operational continuity of high-value technical assets in fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and govern programme risks, budgets, and delivery outcomes.
