IT Project Manager

What You'll Do:
- Manage end-to-end application transformation/ modernization projects from start to finish.
- Work with business teams, IT, and vendors to deliver on time and within budget.
- Lead legacy system migrations, cloud adoption, and platform upgrade initiatives.
- Keep everyone aligned with clear project plans, status updates, and risk management.
- Apply governance practices while staying agile and solution-focused.
What We're Looking For:
- 4-5 years managing IT projects, with hands-on experience in application transformation or modernization.
- Comfortable working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
- Strong communicator who can bridge technical and business stakeholders.
- Self-driven problem-solver who takes ownership and delivers results.
