Project Manager (Junior / Mid-Level)
Role Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager to support delivery of technology and transformation initiatives within a structured and regulated environment. This role will focus on end-to-end project coordination, stakeholder management, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to governance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage project delivery from initiation to closure
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
- Develop detailed project plans and track progress against milestones
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including business, technology, and external vendors
- Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Provide regular status updates and reporting to stakeholders
- Track project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with project governance, documentation, and delivery standards
- Support communication across stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely decision-making
Required Skills
- 4-7 years of experience in project coordination or project management roles
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and delivery frameworks
- Experience managing stakeholders across business and technology teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting projects in banking or financial services environments
- Exposure to regulatory or compliance-driven project environments
- Familiarity with project management tools and reporting frameworks
