Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage the service level agreements (SLAs) as stated in the master contract (MSA)
• Define the gaps, area of improvement and implement contingency solution for crisis situations at critical component level and also critical business level.
• Track progress of project deliverables and escalate as needed to reporting line for blocking issue.
• Estimate the cost and resources needed with key stakeholders for each of the prioritized gaps/area of improvement.
• Define the detailed roadmap and planning to address the gaps/area of improvement. Track progress with key stakeholders.
• Work closely with the team of similar program to ensure synergy and consistency in all aspects of the project.

Requirements:

• Experience in project management stages from initiation till operation handover min 2 years experience in Govt/Healthcare/Banking/Insurance/Financial Institution
• PM Certification - PMP or PRINCE 2 (Required), PRINCE 2 Agile
• Strong skills in project planning, execution and problem solving. A strong track record of project delivery
• Experience working within a vendor/service-provider in a customer-facing project management role. Responds quickly and proactively to customer needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional team leadership skills and demonstrated ability to develop and direct team members in achieving their daily target planned activities
• Willing to continually implement best practices and process as they relate to project management.
• Considered as a leader, you are as passionate about building and developing a great team as you are about the technical challenges it will tackle. You rally your teams to meet their commitments to each other and to customers. You act proactively to address challenges.
