About the job

1. Architect (Qualified Person)

• Key Responsibilities: Lead architectural design and act as the signing Qualified Person (QP) for landed residential projects.

• Requirements:

  • Registered Architect (QP) with the Board of Architects (BOA) Singapore a bonus.

  • Possess a valid Practicing Certificate.

  • Proven ability to sign and submit documents to URA, BCA, and other relevant technical agencies.

2. Professional Engineer (Civil/Structural), 5.5 Days

• Key Responsibilities: Oversee structural integrity, design, and provide mandatory engineering certifications.

• Requirements:

  • Registered Professional Engineer (C&S) with the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) a bonus.

  • Substantial experience in landed housing structural systems.

  • Authorized to sign and submit structural plans and ensure compliance with the Building Control Act.

3. Senior Project Manager, 5.5 Days

• Key Responsibilities: Full ownership of site operations, master scheduling, and construction quality control.

• Requirements:

• Deep expertise strictly in landed housing construction.

• Exceptional skills in site management, sub-contractor coordination, and milestone scheduling.

• Strong familiarity with BCA regulations and the TOP/CSC process is highly preferred.
