Project Manager

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized PM curriculum required.
• 8-15 years of IT work experience, including 5-8 years managing projects.
• Proven ability to manage projects across multiple technologies and functional areas.
• Strong expertise in project management methodologies, tools, resource management, and change management techniques.
• Experience in the Financial and Banking industry preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills able to work effectively with diverse business and technology teams.
• Proficient in preparing and presenting project reports to senior management.
• Ability to quickly understand and adapt to internal compliance and governance processes.
