Job Summary

Manage the full pre-sales technical consultation and support project implementation for smart warehousing and Automated Material Handling System (AMHS) solutions, engaging Southeast Asian customers and coordinating internal teams to deliver integrated, risk-assessed solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead the entire pre-sales technical consultation cycle to support project implementation effectively
Engage Southeast Asian customers to conduct technical discussions, discover requirements, design solutions, and develop pricing for smart warehousing or AMHS projects
Prepare detailed technical proposals and tender documents to support commercial negotiations
Organize technical clarifications and provide ongoing technical support during negotiation phases
Coordinate internal mechanical, electrical controls, and supply-chain teams to deliver integrated solutions and conduct risk assessments
Perform other relevant duties as required to support project success

Required competencies and certifications

At least 5 years of experience in smart warehousing, AMHS presales, or project management
Practical knowledge of automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS), automated guided vehicles (AGVs), conveyor systems, and related warehouse automation equipment
