As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of research and design-led digital initiatives. You will manage multiple projects and work closely with cross-functional teams including UX researchers, designers, strategists, and engineers - ensuring that outcomes remain human-centered, evidence-based, and aligned to client goals. You will be expected to lead structured planning, stakeholder management, research coordination, and delivery governance, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project delivery across UX research and design-led digital initiatives (scope, timeline, budget, quality)
- Drive project planning, including schedules, milestones, resourcing and delivery tracking
- Coordinate and support UX research activities (discovery research, usability testing, surveys/interviews, validation studies)
- Work closely with UX researchers/designers to ensure research insights translate into actionable solutions
- Ensure delivery follows Human-Centered Design approach
- . Facilitate workshops such as discovery sessions, journey mapping, persona creation, design sprints, prioritization
- . Manage client and stakeholder communication, including status updates, governance meetings and reporting
- Identify and manage project risks, dependencies and escalation points proactively
- Maintain clear documentation: research plans, project plans, requirements, outcomes, and learning reports
- Ensure high-quality delivery standards and continuous improvement in project execution processes
Prerequisites
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management (digital / product / UX or service design projects preferred)
- Strong understanding of human-centered design and UX methodologies
- Experience coordinating or supporting UX research activities (usability, interviews, surveys, testing, insights synthesis)
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills
- Strong planning skills across scope, time, risk, quality, and resourcing
- Exposure to design thinking frameworks and workshop facilitation
