Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Solutions Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementation and transformation initiatives within the procurement domain. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing procurement technology projects, stakeholder engagement, vendor coordination, and digital transformation programs in a Singapore-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project delivery for Procurement Solutions initiatives (S2P, P2P, Source-to-Contract, etc.)

Manage project scope, timelines, budget, and quality across multiple workstreams

Coordinate with business stakeholders (Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain) to gather requirements and define solution roadmap

Drive implementation of procurement platforms (e.g., SAP Ariba, SAP MM, Coupa, Oracle Procurement, Ivalua or similar)

Oversee system integration with ERP and finance systems

Manage vendor relationships, system integrators, and third-party providers

Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, risk management, and compliance requirements

Lead UAT, change management, user training, and go-live activities

Provide regular project status updates to senior leadership and steering committees

Identify process optimization opportunities and drive digital procurement transformation

Required Skills & Experience

812+ years of experience in Project Management

Minimum 5 years of experience managing Procurement / Sourcing system implementations

Strong knowledge of Procurement lifecycle (S2P, P2P, Contract Management, Supplier Management)

Hands-on exposure to procurement tools such as SAP Ariba, SAP MM, Coupa, Oracle Procurement Cloud, or similar

Experience in ERP integration projects

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Proven experience managing cross-functional and regional teams

Experience working in Singapore or APAC region preferred

Preferred Qualifications

PMP / Prince2 certification preferred

Experience in digital transformation or procurement automation initiatives

Experience in managing multi-country rollouts is an advantage

Background in Finance or Supply Chain is a plus
