Position Overview
Senior Manager role performing as the overall Project Manager role taking care of the Automated Identity and Access Management (AIAM) system comprising of SailPoint and OutSystems.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate and execute a comprehensive systems strategy aligned with Synapxe's objectives.
- Plan and oversee the implementation of systems architecture that supports scalability and redundancy.
- Plan and work with HR community to enhance the data from HR systems (multiple) for ingest by AIAM
- Plan and work with stakeholders to enhance the roles mapping for ingest by AIAM
- Lead and mentor a team of systems engineers and technicians.
- Manage and mentor a team of systems engineers, setting clear performance expectations and providing professional development opportunities.
- Vendor Management and Budgeting
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and evaluate service providers.
- Responsible for the systems engineering budget and cost optimisation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in IT Project Management handling Identity and account management systems implementation
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experienced in rollout and architecture of Identity and access management. Preferably familiarity with SailPoint and OutSystems in a large enterprise.
