Project Management
- Direct and manage project development from inception to completion, adhering to project risk, compliance, and government frameworks.
- Manage project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives, in collaboration with business solutions teams and stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, track and monitor milestones, and ensure timely delivery.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and implement contingency plans.
- Track and log project team timesheets accurately.
- Ensure project implementation and resource costs are charged correctly, following LBU guidelines.
- Conduct project post-mortems, create implementation reports, and compile recommendations and lessons learned.
Stakeholder & People Management
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.
- Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
- Set and manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders continuously.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
Skills Required
- Proven experience in managing AI or IT projects, with an understanding of AI technologies and trends.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to adapt to changing project requirements.
- Experience in conducting project post-mortems and implementing lessons learned.
- Leadership skills to coach and motivate team members and manage project teams effectively.
- Familiarity with government and compliance frameworks related to project management.
