Project Manager

Role Overview

Lead Out-of-Box Failures (OOBF) and cost-down projects at the Singapore manufacturing site. Drive cross-functional execution, ensure timely delivery, and maintain alignment with global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

. Planning & Execution

o Develop and manage integrated plans for OOBF and cost-down initiatives.

o Develop and Maintain schedule, and budget manage change control.

. Cross-Functional Coordination

o Collaborate with Systems, ME/EE, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to implement solutions.

o Identify cost-down opportunities and track savings.

. Stakeholder Management

o Act as single point of contact for client prepare executive updates materials.

o Facilitate governance calls and maintain transparent communication.

. Compliance & Financials

o Ensure adherence to client QMS and safety protocols.

o Monitor budget and burn rate support rate card and contracting processes.

Qualifications

. 7 to 10 years of proven project management experience in engineering environments.

. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred:

. Exposure to Systems/ME/EE engineering.

. Experience with supplier cost-down and DFM/DFA practices.

. Familiarity with regulated environments (ISO 13485/FDA QSR).

. Background in RCA/CAPA and cost-down delivery.
