Responsibilities

• Lead and manage compliance BPO engagements for Japanese bank across APAC regions.
• Communicate relevant stakeholders in Japanese and English, eliminate impediments, report to clients and drive our engagements ensuring stable and high-quality delivery.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise

• Proficiency Japanese language skill is mandatory due to the frequent need to liaise with Japanese speaking clients and stakeholders
• Client-facing project manager skills with expertise in Japan Mega banks clients
• Deepen strong relationship with stakeholders, mitigate risks and drive our engagements.
• Deep industry knowledge bilingual proficiency and extensive experience ensuring seamless project execution.
