Project Manager (ACMV)

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a project team of engineers, supervisors, and site staff to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Oversee contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet quality standards and project timelines.

• Take full responsibility for all project stages, from planning and site execution to final completion.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to align requirements and provide regular updates.

• Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, costs, and resources in line with approved budgets.

• Manage cost and time variation claims, including submission of variation orders to architects and consultants.

• Ensure timely submission of as-built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, and conduct client training during handover.

• Ensure compliance with all legal, environmental, and workplace health and safety requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.

• At least 8 years of project management experience, preferably within ACMV or related industries.

• Strong technical knowledge of ACMV systems and project management practices.

• Proven leadership with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage complex projects, solve problems effectively, and deliver successful outcomes.
