Job Description
Focus: Endtoend setup and rollout of new projects or facilities management platforms.
Project & Service Mobilisation
- Take full ownership of bringing new partners or projects online, ensuring all preparatory work is completed and the transition to BAU teams is seamless.
- Support BAU teams by overseeing the introduction of new service lines for existing partners.
- Lead project planning activities, including defining milestones, deliverables, work plans, and budget requirements.
- Coordinate project meetings, track action items, and provide regular updates to internal subject matter experts on progress, challenges, staffing needs, risks, and other operational considerations.
- Produce and circulate weekly reports summarising mobilisation status and key developments.
Change Management
- Develop and execute structured change management strategies to guide successful project rollouts and stakeholder adoption.
- Map out stakeholder groups, assess impact levels, and implement engagement strategies to secure alignment and support.
- Deliver clear and timely communication plans to ensure stakeholders understand upcoming changes and their implications.
- Conduct readiness and risk assessments to identify potential resistance, and implement mitigation plans where needed.
- Track organisational adoption, evaluate effectiveness of interventions, and adjust strategies to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with operational leaders and crossfunctional teams to embed new processes into daily operations.
- Review the impact of change initiatives, document learnings, and refine future approaches for continuous improvement.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
- A degree in Business, Management, or a related discipline.
- Solid experience in endtoend project planning and execution.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex, multiphase projects from inception to completion.
- Handson background in mobilising both hard and soft facilities management services.
- Strong operational leadership experience, with responsibility for overseeing multiple concurrent projects.
- Prior involvement in launching new FM initiatives, systems, or operational setups is highly desirable.
- Comfortable using project management platforms and digital tools to track progress and deliverables.
- Capable of working under tight timelines while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
- Able to lead mobilisation teams, provide clear direction, and manage shifting priorities and pressure points.
