Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead and support the transversal activities of our Innovation Station and support Domain projects. This role is pivotal in coordinating efforts across various teams and stakeholders to ensure delivery of projects and value. The ideal candidate will have a background in project management, excellent communication skills, and an interest for green and smart mobility solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Lead, plan, and execute the transversal activities ensuring alignment with overall project goals and objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, government agencies, and community stakeholders to foster relationships, gather support, and ensure successful project implementation.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets oversee resource allocation and manage risks to achieve project deliverables on time and within scope.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success track progress and report on outcomes to senior management and stakeholders.
- Communication and Reporting: Prepare and present regular project updates, reports, and presentations to stakeholders ensure effective communication of project goals, challenges, and successes.
- Problem Solving: Identify potential issues and obstacles during project execution and devise practical solutions to keep projects on track.
- Support Innovation leaders: Support or coach Innovation leaders to succeed in their projects, moving from Ideation to implementation
- Compliance and Standards: Ensure all project activities comply with applicable regulations, industry standards, and organizational policies related to environmental sustainability and safety.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Transportation, or a related field a MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Project Manager, preferably in transportation
- Good understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Notion).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of sustainability or data, experience leading projects in AI is a plus
- Coaching experience is a plus
