Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and ongoing business relationships.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new customers and drive business growth.
- Handle sales inquiries, provide professional solutions, and manage project requests.
- Conduct sales presentations, on-site surveys, and prepare proposals, offers, and tenders.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely and on-budget completion that meets client expectations.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Building, Construction Management, or a related field from a recognised institution by BCA (Building and Construction Authority).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing construction projects.
- Experienced in outdoor advertising, LED screens, digital signage, audio/video systems, or IT solutions is a plus.
