Key Responsibilities
. Oversee daily operations of the coffee shop to ensure smooth and efficient performance
. Train, motivate, and lead the team to deliver excellent customer service
. Handle customer complaints and unexpected situations with quick and effective solutions
. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
. Foster a positive team culture and lead employees to achieve collective success
Requirements
. Strong interpersonal skills and excellent customer service mindset
. Proven team leadership and management abilities
. Experience in coffee shop or F&B management, familiar with operational processes preferred
. Strong communication and coordination skills fluent in English (Mandarin a plus)
. Problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
