Project Manager -

Key Responsibilities

1. Monitor ATFM's service performance against SLA/KPI targets and track deliverables, risks, issues and dependencies.

2. Escalate significant service concerns and risks to the ITD infra lead and operations manager with recommended follow-up actions.

3. Review and assess technical solutions, designs and proposals submitted by project vendors, for alignment with EMA's infrastructure, cloud, network, application, integration and security environment.

4. Provide technical recommendations to support ITD infra lead's and operations manager decision-making.

5. Oversee major incidents and problems, including reviewing Root Cause Analyses and tracking remediation actions to closure.

6. Support vendor performance monitoring and coordinate across ATFM and other service providers on cross-domain dependencies.

7. Ensure compliance with ICT policies, IM8 and cybersecurity requirements.

8. Prepare regular service performance reports, facilitate governance meetings and maintain audit-supporting documentation.

Required Skills and Experience

1. Relevant qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.

2. Experience in IT service delivery, technical service management, technical project management, solution architecture or infrastructure/application operations.

3. Experience overseeing managed service providers or outsourced ICT services.

4. Good technical understanding of enterprise ICT environments covering infrastructure, cloud, network, applications, integration and cybersecurity.

5. Ability to critically assess technical architectures, solution designs and implementation approaches.

6. Good grounding in IT service management disciplines covering incident, problem, change, risk and service-level management.

7. Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management and communication skills.

8. Professional certifications in ITIL, PMP/PRINCE2, cloud architecture or solution architecture would be advantageous.
