Job Description
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities and contribute to business strategy development for Monee's Online Lending Business.
- Drive the implementation of strategic projects under Monee Credit across multiple functions, including business development, risk management, product management, and legal.
- Track business performance, analyze outcomes, and prepare management reporting materials on key initiatives.
- Partner with senior stakeholders on strategic project proposals, execution, and monitoring, while contributing to cross-functional strategic discussions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Business, Business Analytics, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in consulting, fintech, retail banking, or financial institutions preferred.
- Strong structured thinking and research capability.
- Proven data analytics skills to drive insights and decision-making.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive, hands-on attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
