We're looking for a highly organized, business-savvy Program/Project Management Representative to support finance, risk & compliance programs and day-to-day account operations. You'll coordinate pipeline and revenue tracking, provide executive/secretarial support, and run internal and client-facing events. This role suits someone who is detail-oriented, confident with stakeholders, and comfortable working across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1) Financial Management
- Pipeline management: Review Salesforce opportunities monthly for CFO & EV (Finance and Risk & Compliance scope). Drive follow-ups with Account PMO to ensure data hygiene and status updates are reflected in system.
- Sales & revenue tracking: Consolidate and report progress against budget highlight risks, variances and action items to leadership.
- Build/maintain trackers and dashboards (e.g., Excel/Power BI) and prepare management readouts (PowerPoint).
2) Secretarial Support (Scheduling & OPE Management)
- Own MD/leadership calendars ensure Accenture/client calendars are synchronized manage invites, rooms, logistics and conflicts.
- Arrange efficient face-to-face sessions, workshops and stakeholder touchpoints.
- Coordinate timesheets & expenses (OPE) submission/approval cycles ensure timely, accurate compliance to policy.
- Handle visitor clearances (building access, Wi-Fi, security protocols) and general admin coordination.
3) Events Management
- Plan and run regular team meetings:
CFO & EV - monthly Finance + Risk & Compliance meetings
DRC - monthly risk & compliance meetings
Responsibilities include venue/virtual setup, agenda & content coordination with managers, logistics (F&B), minutes and action-item tracking. - Execute ad-hoc events (roundtables, workshops, vendor partnership sessions): manage budgets, invitations/RSVP, materials, on-site coordination, and post-event reports.
4) Governance, Reporting & Stakeholder Management
- Maintain issue/risk/action logs drive owners to closure by agreed SLAs.
- Prepare weekly/monthly status updates for leadership ensure documentation accuracy and audit readiness.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams (PMO, Finance, HR/TA, IT, Facilities, Security) to remove blockers and keep deliverables on track.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in program/project coordination, PMO, executive support, or business operations within consulting, technology, or enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (pipeline/opportunity tracking), advanced Excel (lookups, pivots), and PowerPoint.
- Strong calendar management across time zones comfortable with Microsoft Teams/Zoom, Outlook, SharePoint and expense/time systems.
