- Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned projects.
- Organize and execute work assignments within the section.
- Responsible and take necessary corrective actions in case of non-conformance of the team.
- Review all outgoing correspondence from supervisors to customers.
- Coordinate with various departments such as BA, Engineering, QA or Design regarding equipment delivery schedules, part shortages, or defective parts.
- Review and justify all PR for materials and services.
- Aid in the design and implementation of new work instructions/forms to improve work quality and efficiency.
- Responsible for ensuring proper maintenance and calibration of tools and instruments used by installers.
- Assist in the review, maintenance, and updating of Installation Manuals, as well as in the preparation of new or revised Installation Check Records.
- Acquisition and distribution of installation drawings, ICR and QADL to installer
- Initiate adherence to the Environmental Policy, relevant legislation, and pollution prevention measures with subcontractors and supervisors.
- Ensure strict adherence to workplace health and safety regulations, conducting regular safety patrols and meetings with supervisors and subcontractors.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Manager and senior management personnel.
