Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure projects align with organizational goals and strategic priorities
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables
  • Track project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones
  • Manage project budgets, financial tracking, and cost control
  • Analyze project financials, including forecasting and risk assessment
  • Allocate and optimize resources across projects effectively
  • Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders
  • Maintain and enforce project governance, standards, and documentation
  • Review project documentation throughout the project lifecycle
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and update existing processes
  • Support standardization of tools, templates, and reporting frameworks

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
  • 5–10+ years of experience in Project Management / PMO roles
  • Understanding of project governance and lifecycle management
  • Experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, Excel, SharePoint, or Power BI
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
